When you order a pre-designed real estate logo you can specify the following:

1. Text - We will insert your company name and whatever additional text you'd like to include.
2. Fonts - If you have a specific font in mind, mention that when you order. We can also test different fonts and let you pick the winner.
3. Colors - Keep the original colors or have our designers change it for you. We can also test different colors and let you pick the winner.
4. Layout - Logo above the text, next to it etc.
5. Image - Minor changes to the image itself won't cost extra.

All of this is included in the price.

If you need major changes to the image itself, that takes your logo to "custom logo" status which will require a $50 upgrade.
