Yes, whether you buy a pre-designed logo or a custom logo, you own the copyright to your logo.
Most logo design / graphic design firms give you an exclusive right to use the logo, but they (for reasons unknown to us) retain the copyright. At RealEstateLogoDesign.com we give you the exclusive rights to the logo and the copyright as well. It yours. You paid for it, you should own the copyright to it.
Upon request we will email you a document to certify that RealEstateLogoDesign.com transfers copyright of the purchased logo to you and will make no further claim to the logo.
Note though: In the custom logo design process, many concept logo designs are created, only one of which becomes your new logo. The concepts that you do not accept do not become yours. The copyright to those rejected concepts stay with RealEstateLogoDesign.com. Only the copyright to the final, accepted logo is transferred to you.
