PRE-DESIGNED LOGOS
Pre-designed logos are great because you actually get to see the logo before you have to pay. Our assumption is that no-one knows your business like you do. You are the best person for picking the right logo for your business.

If you have paged through all the pre-designed logos and not one of them was a perfect fit for your real estate business, a custom logo is the way to go.
CUSTOM LOGOS
A custom designed logo will cost you quite a bit more than a pre-designed logo. Pre-designed logos are not lower quality - they're just less work because we already know what you want when you order one, therefore they are cheaper.
We have two custom logo packages: Silver and Gold.

The Silver Package (Order now)
With the Silver Package you get 10 unique concept designs to choose from. Typically we will send you those designs in batches of between 3 and 7 designs, with your feedback guiding subsequent designs. When we get to 10 designs, you select your favorite. But the process does not end. We then work with you (for as long as it takes!) to refine your chosen logo. We only finalize the logo when you sign off on it.
The Gold Package (Order now)
The Gold Package is exactly the same as the Silver Package, except that you receive 20 unique concept designs to choose from as opposed to 10 with the Silver Package. You also get a faster turnaround time of 1 business day per revision.

So which package is better?
If you need a logo in a hurry or if you don't really know what you are looking for, choose the Gold Package. The fast turnaround and the extra options will allow us to arrive at the perfect logo for your real estate business.
If you have a good idea of the type of logo you want and if your time is not critically limited, the Silver Package is the better option. Ten designs will in most cases be more than enough to get a good starting point for your real estate logo. If we use up all ten and we don't have a winner yet, you can always upgrade to the Gold Package by paying only the difference.
