During the design process all communication is via email. You are also welcome to call us to speak to your designer directly, but we do not accept telephone feedback only. We do need you to send instructions in an email. This is so that we can maintain a record of correspondence and ensure that your instructions are executed correctly.
In other words, please call whenever you have a question / complaint / compliment or if you want to clarify something - but if you're giving feedback on designs, we need that in an email as well.
