What you receive:
PHASE 1: Design
You will receive three custom designed web site layouts to choose from. We do not use templates. All three designs will be created to your specifications and built around the look and feel of your company logo. You select you favorite of the the alterations phase starts where we fine-tune that layout design until perfect. There’s no limit here. We will work with you until you are 100% happy with the look of your web site.
PHASE 2: Construction
Up to this point your web site was just one image. In this phase we take that image as a reference and build a real, functioning web site that looks just like the image. There are some limitations that apply here. You web site can have up to 10 pages (more pages would incur an additional fee) and your web site can only contain static content. Static content basically means text, photos etc. that do not change based on input by the web site visitor. The vast majority of company web sites are static, giving specific information about the company, such as products, services, contact info etc. A dynamic site would be something like Facebook.com, where visitors to the site can contribute to the content. If you need a dynamic site, please let us know.
PHASE 3: Testing
Once your web site is complete we will upload it to your server (or a temporary location on ours if you prefer) and test your site in the major browsers. Any problems identified during testing will be fixed at no cost to you.
What we need from you:
1. Content
You are in charge of what goes on your web site. We need you to send us all the text and images that you want on your site. The format that you send it in does not really matter. You are welcome to type the text in MS Word or any other word processor. Images can be sent in any of the major image formats like JPG, GIF, PNG etc. Stock photos (if needed) will be supplied by us at no additional cost to you.
2. Domain
Do you have a domain yet? Something like www.yourname.com? You can either register the domain yourself or you can let us know what name you want and we’ll take care of it for you. If we take care of the domain registration and management for you, there’s an additional yearly fee of $50 (first year free).
3. Hosting
Do you have a hosting account yet? If you do, we will need the FTP login details supplied by your hosting company in order to upload the finished site to your server. If you do not have hosting yet, that’s also something that RealEstateLogoDesign.com can take care of for you. We have different web hosting option available, ranging from $50 to $120 per year (first year free).
