Getting people to remember your logo

If your logo is unexpected you already have half the battle won, but you also want people to remember your logo.

Don't miss a single opportunity to show your logo. In advertising many companies show their logo several times in a single ad. That's perfectly acceptable. Most people don't even notice the repetition, but the repetition is priceless for establishing the brand in the minds of potential customers.

Use your real estate logo on everything:

  • business cards,
  • letterheads,
  • compliment slips,
  • screen savers,
  • calendars,
  • yard signs,
  • desktop backgrounds,
  • vehicles,
  • clothing,

have it embroidered on your pajamas for crying out loud. Nothing to loose and everything to gain.

And it goes without saying:

If you play around with your real estate logo - a blue logo here, a green one there - you're diluting your brand. Pick a color and stick with it. Don't just pick blue, pick a specific blue. If the logo image is above the company name, put it there every time. Don't put it next to the logo image when the urge strikes you. Brand consistency matters.
