No, our pre-designed logos are not resold.

When you purchase a one of our pre-designed (or custom) real estate logos, the copyright to that image is transferred to you, per our Terms of Service Agreement. The only right we retain is the right to display your logo in our portfolio of past work. If we resold your logo, we would be liable for copyright infringement.

The same goes for logos that are confusingly similar to yours. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) grants a trademark only when a "confusingly similar" logo does not already exist. We use the same strict criteria when creating logos and have a system in place to ensure that no real estate logo is ever sold if it is so similar to yours that your target audience might think it's your logo.
